At Restaurant Watergang, no choice stress. Here you rely completely on the knowledge and skill of Chef Tim van Grootheest and sous-chef Mattijs Pasmans. Every month they create a new 5-course menu for 46 euros, whose dishes will remain a surprise. Vegetarian? They can do that too.
Expect a menu that follows the seasons, using quality, often local ingredients to prepare the sophisticated dishes. For example, inspiration is drawn from peasant cuisine in the winter and Mediterranean in the summer. The wine list is a mix of fine French, German and Italian wines.

Watergang is open Wednesday through Saturday from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.. On Sundays, you can visit from 12:30 to 01:00.
